Introduction:
 Hi there. On this web site we will bring you the latest in workout tips, nutrition, and overall general fitness. First of all let us tell you that this site was created neither by licensed nor by professional trainers. We are just two guys who like lifting weights and play many different sports, there for know a lot about bodybuilding and fitness.
I enjoy many sports, some of which include swimming, football, basketball, track, volleyball, tennis and field (there are much more). I feel I have a good build and my tips may help some of you out, especially those of you who are just starting out in the world of bodybuilding and weightlifting, be it either for power and strength or just for definition and looks. I try to read a lot of literature on the topics of working out and nutrition and I believe that some of the knowledge acquired by me over the last few years may be of help for many of you. This page is for absolutely no profit. You can email me with any questions you might have , I will answer all of them and the more common and important ones will be put up on this site as a part of OUR Q&A page. I may not be able to answer all of them, but I will do my best to inform the reader. One more thing, if I don't know the answer, I will not give you a bullshit one, so don't worry about getting bullshit tips. All advice on this site will be legit.

You may have noticed that "our" was typed in capital letters. That's because I am not the only one working on this page. Boris helped me out a lot, he wrote pretty much all the exercises' descriptions and explanations. We work out together whenever we can.

One last request, please, please, please, please, please, please..... don't ask us any supplementation questions. Our only supplement is food and neither of us has ever used steroids, boosters, or even any kind of protein (creatine, shakes or otherwise).
