Home Made Nutrition Shake:
A big question for everyone who works out and wants to pump up muscles is: "How to get that protein the body needs to build up the mass?" There are a lot of products on the the market these days and many brand names to chose from. Mass builders, weight gainers, any energy boosters, pills, liquids, powders. And every product claims to be made out of natural, organic ingredients. However, we are very skeptical about such things, since the companies are more interested in selling their products to people, than with actually having the products be healthy and natural. Sale comes first, later come causes and side effects.

Your body can use only 32 grams of protein in a time, which means that you can only take as much of any "preserved" protein sources. So why to take a risk, even if the product says that the risk is minimum. When you can do it the healthy way. We want to encourage you to try something different, natural, good tasting, healthy and easy to make.

First of all you will need a blander. Add one cup of regular, skim or non fat milk, then about 3 table spoons of any kind of  ice cream (depends on how you like it). After that add a regular cup of yogurt ( you might want to use the one which contains more protein ). Break one or two eggs, but you should get rid of the yolk before adding it, so you don't get any cholesterol  Add banana
( for some extra carbohydrates and taste ). You can also add some strawberries or any kind of fruits or syrup, for preferred taste of the shake. Now, mix it all up, and you are ready to receive your dose of ALL NATURAL, good tasting protein.
